It all started with a swipe. In a world full of endless possibilities, Jennifer and Joe's paths crossed thanks to a little nudge from Bumble. With distance constraints set to just 25 miles, their love story might never have begun if fate hadn’t played its hand just right.

Their journey began with a memorable first date at Mike's GAR (Great American Restaurant) in Springfield, VA. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, delicious bread, and yummy foods, they found themselves sharing laughter, stories, and the start of something truly special. They talked for hours over lunch and neither one wanted to part ways just yet. So Jenn invited Joe to accompany her to David's Bridal! She was going to be a bridesmaid and needed to pick out her dress. Perhaps that was foreshadowing of what was to come. After spending a few more moments together at David's Bridal, Joe had to return home to finish writing his paper since he was completing his Master's at that time.

Had their paths deviated by just a few miles, they might never have met. At the time, Joe was living just inside of Jenn's limit constraints so luck and a touch of cosmic alignment brought them together. What a relief!

From that wonderful first date to every moment since, their story has been filled with joy, travel, food, golf, and most of all, love.
